Privacy Notice

Your privacy and trust are very important to us. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information, and what choices you have about your data.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information in a few ways, such as:

  • Information you provide directly, like your name, phone number, address, or financial details when filling out forms or speaking with us.
  • Credit information from consumer reporting agencies, always with your express permission.
  • Information about your debts, including account balances, payment history, and creditors.
  • Website activity, such as cookies and browsing behavior (more below).

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Help evaluate your debt situation, budget and financial goals
  • Refer you to service providers for the fulfillment of services
  • Communicate with you about available services
  • Comply with state and federal laws
  • Improve our services and website

3. How We Use AI

To better serve you, we use an AI-powered chat assistant on our website and for SMS/email outreach. This tool may help you by:

  • Answering common questions
  • Guiding you through our service options
  • Scheduling appointments or gathering basic information
  • Using logic-based training to recommend potential debt solutions

The AI system may collect and temporarily process any information you enter during the conversation, such as your name, email, or details about your debt situation. This information is handled with care and in line with our security and privacy practices.

If you prefer to speak with a real person at any time, you can request that in the chat or contact us directly.

4. Who We Share Your Information With

We may share your information with:

  • Trusted referral partners (see Section 5 below)
  • Technology and service providers who help us operate our business
  • Government agencies, if required by law
  • Third-party advertising platforms (for example, Google) to show you relevant ads based on your browsing activity

We do not sell your personal information for money. However, under California law, sharing your data with partners for marketing or lead referral may be considered a “sale” or “share.” See Section 6 below for your opt-out rights.

No mobile or messaging consent information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third party.

5. Our Service Providers

FaithWorks Financial may refer you to one of our trusted service providers for debt relief and related services. We may receive compensation if you choose to enroll with one of them. We only refer you to organizations we believe in and who meet our standards for ethical, faith-aligned service. These relationships help us offer you a wide range of solutions — at no additional cost to you.

We currently work with the following organizations:

  • DebtWave Credit Counseling
  • Trinity Credit Counseling
  • Stewardship Principals
  • Consolidated Credit
  • Moulton Law Group
  • Elevate Financial
  • Beyond Finance

Though our privacy policy is updated regularly, this may not represent an exhaustive list of all companies within our network, and we are regularly growing our network of debt relief service providers.

If you prefer, you can opt out of personalized ads from Google by visiting the Google Ads opt-out page. You can also adjust your browser settings to manage or block cookies.

8. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

FaithWorks Financial is a faith-based agency that connects individuals to trusted service providers offering debt relief solutions. We are not a direct lender, credit counselor, or debt settlement provider, nor do we offer tax, legal, or credit repair services. Our role is to help you understand your options and connect you to the most appropriate service for your situation. Each service provider has its own terms, fees, and requirements, and results vary based on individual circumstances. We encourage all individuals to carefully review available options, including speaking with a bankruptcy attorney or financial advisor, before making a decision. Services may not be available in all states. By submitting your information, you consent to receive phone calls, text messages, and emails from FaithWorks Financial and/or our service providers regarding the services you are requesting. This contact may be made using automated technology or prerecorded messages, even if your number is listed on any national or state Do Not Call registry. Message and data rates may apply.
