An independent provider’s program
For payment changes, account status, documents, or cancellation requests, contact the provider named in your agreement or program portal. FaithWorks cannot make changes to that provider’s program on your behalf.
A FaithWorks conversation or counseling session
Contact your FaithWorks counselor using the details in your correspondence, or email our general inbox. We can help with questions about your FaithWorks experience or finding the appropriate contact.

Should I use this form or request a consultation?
Use the general message form for company questions, follow-up, concerns, or collaboration inquiries. If you want help understanding your own debt options, use the free consultation request. You do not need to submit both forms.
Will a general message trigger calls from other companies?
This form asks FaithWorks to respond by email. It does not request a phone call or authorize an introduction to a provider. If you later want a referral, we will ask which company you authorize before making that introduction.
Can I send statements, account numbers, or court documents here?
Please do not include Social Security numbers, bank or creditor account numbers, passwords, or sensitive documents in this form or an ordinary email. Start with a brief description. If documents are needed, ask your counselor or provider how to send them appropriately.
Can FaithWorks change a program payment or cancel my enrollment?
The independent provider manages its program and must address payment or cancellation requests under your agreement. Contact that provider directly, especially if there is a deadline. FaithWorks can help you identify the right contact or discuss a concern about the referral.
Is help available if I am not Christian?
Yes. Our Christian values shape how we listen and serve, and our debt guidance welcomes people of any faith or no faith. Free debt consultations and our separate paid Christian financial counseling service have different scopes; we can help you understand which conversation you are seeking.
