Program Description

FaithWorks Financial offers SMS/text messaging to provide appointment reminders, consultation follow ups, account updates, and (with your separate consent) occasional marketing messages related to our financial counseling services.

Consent

By checking the applicable consent checkbox(es) on our website forms, you agree to receive text messages from FaithWorks Financial and/or our secure AI support agent at the phone number you provided. Consent is not a condition of receiving financial counseling services from FaithWorks Financial. You may opt in to service related messages, marketing messages, or both. Each consent is separate and voluntary.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and the services you have requested. Marketing messages will not exceed 4 messages per month.

Opt Out

You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and will no longer receive text messages from FaithWorks Financial unless you opt in again.
