Counseling sessions do NOT include:

3. Client Responsibilities

We encourage all clients to pray, reflect, and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.
4. Payment Terms
- All counseling sessions are paid at checkout, prior to service delivery.
- Pricing is clearly displayed on our website
- Payment must be completed to secure your appointment time
- We do not store full payment information on our servers
- Payments are securely processed through our third-party payment provider
For future recurring or membership-based programs, all pricing will always be disclosed clearly prior to enrollment.
5. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling Refund Policy
Refund Policy
Refunds are available if requested at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time.
Sessions canceled within 24 hours of the appointment, or missed without prior notice, may be non-refundable.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance at no charge.
Emergencies will be handled with grace and understanding on a case-by-case basis.
Dissatisfaction Policy
If you feel your counselor is not the right fit during your first session, we offer one free re-try with a different counselor, subject to availability.
6. No Guarantees
FaithWorks Financial makes no guarantees regarding:
- Debt reduction
- Credit score changes
- Financial outcomes
- Income improvement
- Eligibility for financial programs
Our role is to provide clarity, education, and support — not guaranteed results.
